Meet Cheryl Griedl,

Cheryl is our Special Projects Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of real estate development, brokerage and property management processes and projects. Cheryl was born and raised in Fort Atkinson. After graduation, she relocated to Illinois and was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP, eventually becoming the Director of Training and Delivery at their Worldwide Training center in St. Charles. While in Illinois, she also acted as Office/Project Manager for a leading Real Estate company. She was active in community and volunteer activities for Big Brothers/Sisters, taught Junior Achievement in local elementary schools and regularly volunteered at the Lazarus House Homeless Shelter.

In 2004, she and her husband, Jeff, returned to Fort Atkinson where Cheryl focused on raising their two sons. They are active members of Bethany Lutheran Church in Fort Atkinson. Cheryl served as PTO Chair for Crown of Life Christian Academy and sat on the General Board for the Academy.

Cheryl brings extensive experience in project management, client relations, process improvement and business organization and development to our Group. She, along with our team members, strives to continually improve and maximize Epic’s value to our clients and community!
