PART-TIME MAINTENANCE:
We are looking for a skilled and efficient Maintenance Technician to service the improvements and maintenance needs of our 100 unit Apartment/Duplex/Single Family management portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess their own tools and have the following skills and or/understanding of: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, light construction, painting and the like. Hours will vary between 10-25 per week dependent on demand, current improvement projects and general need. Pay based on skills and experience starting at $25/hr.
