Chris Barry joined Epic Real Estate Group and Epic Property Management in a dual role as our Business Manager and our newest Real Estate Sales Associate. Chris was born and raised in Killingly, CT but has spent the last 13 years calling Fort Atkinson, WI his home. After graduating with Honors from Killingly High School in 2000, Chris enlisted into the United States Marine Corps giving his service to our country for 4 years as part of the USMC Special Missions Battalion where he served as a BEQ Manager and was also certified as a Green Belt in Marine Corps Martial Arts (MCMAP). Upon returning home in 2006, Chris joined his family construction business (Barry Builders, Inc.) and built residential homes until his move to Wisconsin in 2010.
Since moving to Wisconsin, Chris has continued his passion for helping and serving others while working at Anytime Fitness from 2013-2023 as Operations Manager and volunteering for multiple mission trips to Louisiana and Texas to help rebuild homes destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and Harvey. Chris has taken his military, construction, and Fitness industry experience and decided to start a new career in real estate where he can still serve the community and local market he calls home.
